We are looking for a Master of our 70’ twin screw service vessel for our maritime security business.
Managing a crew of three including the Master, the applicant must have the ability to work in a small multicultural team.
The vessel will supply fuel, food & personnel to our transfer vessel on a regular basis and be standing-by the vessel at sea when not engaged in supply work.
Our Master needs to have a minimum Yacht-Master Ocean or Offshore with Commercial Endorsement, with 1st Aid and sea survival. Master (200 g.r.t. preferred)
MCA “AEC” or RYA Diesel Engine Certificate & GMDSS “GOC” Certificate.
A good grasp of the vessel systems is required by the Master & the ability to resolve problems whilst on passage is essential, along with experience of provisioning
Minimum service requirement:
Experience of displacement twin screw vessels.
This vessel is currently UK flagged, and no endorsements are required. Should this change the Company will arrange any necessary endorsements.
Initial four month contract would start in Spring 2019.
