Oil Major Personnel

At Ambrey, we work for a number of Oil Majors. One of these Oil Majors has a specific set of requirements for guards embarking vessels owned or chartered by them. We are permanently recruiting guards to service this part of our business, and working with us means regular deployments around the high risk area as one of our most in demand team types.
MSOs and Team Leaders are both required. In order to qualify to work as part of a maritime security team in support of vessels chartered or owned by this Oil Major you will need to meet the following criteria:

• You will need to be ex-Infantry, Armoured Corps, marines, airborne, or special forces. Other Arms and Services, including specialist armed police may be considered, particularly those with frontline/operational tour experience.
• Your time in the armed forces must have been with a NATO military with demonstrable frontline experience (e.g. op tour in Iraq, Afghan etc) within 4 years of discharge.
• You must have left the military within the last 6 years.
• A live firing qualification course needs to be completed and we can help you identify the right one
