Billy is responsible for overseeing the development and management of all on and offshore security policies and procedures for large drilling and construction projects in East & West Africa, for various clients within the Oil & Gas industry.

A Master Mariner for over 25 years, Jolly’s experience ranges from being a Captain to crewing, ship-broking and ship-management. He acts as CSO/DPA to our vessels.
After starting his seafaring career in the Estonian navy and then going on to work on over 20 vessels as a Chief Engineer, Tauno is now an integral part of Ambrey’s ship management team.
Based in our Dubai office, Adel manages our crewing, procurement and bunkering, as well as the Djibouti Government approvals of our floating armouries.
